SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping on domestic orders over $75.

Seeds From The Flesh only ships to the US. Below are the shipping method options and costs. Please be aware that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Shipping Methods: Standard    

Domestic Shipping Costs: $6

Delivery Times: Within 2 to 8 business days

Free shipping on domestic orders that exceed $50

 

Seeds From The Flesh offers 2 to 8 business days shipping as our standard shipping option on all merchandise orders. However, due to delays related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Seeds from the Flesh orders may experience delays.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. Seeds from the Flesh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are presently not able to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. We suggest placing a separate order for each address when shipping to multiple addresses.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.

 

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Most of our orders are shipped within 2-8 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. To track an order on Seeds from the Flesh website, visit the My Account area. You will need to sign in to access your account information. Title to the products in your order is transferred from Seeds from the Flesh to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from Seeds from the Flesh to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Refunds are available if requested within 24 hours after placing order and item has not be shipped. We’ll process your refund back to your original form of tender. Please wait 2-7 days for refund to be reflected.

 

Returns Policy

Returns must be processed and delivered to us within 14 days from original delivery. We will not accept any returns outside of the 14 day time frame. Any requests for returns exceeding 14 days from package receipt will be denied and not accepted at our warehouse. 

 

Items must be new & unworn – items must be in original condition.

Final Sale – we cannot return final sale merchandise

Seeds From The Flesh reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

 

Eligible items may be returned for return or exchange depending on availability and approval by us. Buyer must first contact us at seedsfromtheflesh@gmail.com. Once approved, we will confirm shipping rates. Buyer is responsible for covering shipping rates. The buyer must then return the item within 3 days of receiving the item. Item(s) must be returned with a check or PayPal npppride@gmail.com (include your name or order number) transaction covering the shipping fees. Package must include the buyer's name,  shipping address and the new item and size desired. (Make sure you keep your proof of postage! You can then track them as they make their way back to us). 

 

However, if the reason for returning is due to a mistake on our end, we will bear the cost of shipping for returns. 

Please follow the process below for returning your item(s).

  • Email seedsfromtheflesh@gmail.com with your request within 3 days of item being delivered. Email us your order number and name in order and items you wish to return or exchange.

  • We will then approve or not approve request

  • Once approved, mail back your approved return. Package must include the Buyer's name,  shipping address and the new item and size desired. (Make sure you keep your proof of postage! You can then track them as they make their way back to us.)

  • Ship your returns to the following address via the carrier of your choice:

  • Once we receive your return and our  return associate ensures items are in good condition, we’ll automatically ship out the requested item(s) to the same address you used on your original order. If you need the exchange shipped to a new address, please contact us before shipping your package back. 

  • You’ll receive a refund or exchange within an additional 2-14 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • If the item(s) you’re requesting are no longer available, we’ll contact you to find an alternative solution.

Please note: In the event of a discrepancy between the value of the returns entered in the portal and the actual items received we reserve the right to recover any shortfall from you. If this is the case, we will contact you first.
